Ingredients

  • 3 nos, Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1½ cup, Boiled samak
  • 2tsp, Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp, Ginger chilli paste
  • As per taste, Sendha salt
  • 1tsp, Sugar
  • 2 cup, Curd
  • ½ cup, Mint coriander chutney
  • As per taste, Chat masala
  • ½ cup, Sweet aararoot chutney

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl and add boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled samak,sendha salt,sugar and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Now mix well using palm so samak and potatoes combine well.
  • Now make small equall sized balls from the mixture.
  • Then heat oil in kadhai and deep fry all balls. For healthy option these balls can be cooked in appam pan with very less amount of oil.
  • Fry all balls till golden brown in colour.
  • Now take serving plate put bhallas and press using spoon.now pour lots of curd,sweet chutney,green mint coriander chutney,chat masala,cumin powder, Kashmiri mirch powder,chat masala, chopped coriander leaves and serve.

Notes/Tips

Potatoes and samak should be cooked properly and they not be watery..
