Ingredients

  • Left over Roti 1
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Cucumber (thinly sliced) 1 handful
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Chilli (chopped) 1/2
  • Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  • Heat the frying pan, and add 2 tsp oil.
  • Beat the egg properly with salt and green chilli.
  • Put the beaten egg on the pan. Put the roti on top of the egg, then flip the egg.
  • Put the side with egg on a plate. In a single row, add cucumber and onion. Then add the tomato sauce.
  • Roll it and serve a yummy egg roll!
