Ingredients

  • 30, Flat puris
  • 1, Boiled Potato
  • 1, Finely chopped Onion
  • 1, Finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 bowl, Homemade Curd
  • 2 Tbsp, Ready to use green Coriander chutney
  • 2 Tbsp, Ready to use Tamarind Chutney
  • 2 Tbsp, Nylon Sev
  • Sprinkle on top, Chaat Masala
  • For Garnishing, Fried Peanuts
  • For Garnishing, Chana Dal
  • For Garnishing, Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • In a brandy glass, add crushed sev puri as a base layer. Now layer it with boiled potato and finely chopped tomato. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
  • Now add green chutney,tamarind chutney, curd and finely chopped onion.
  • Again repeat steps 1 & 2 ,Add bit of each pomegranate seeds,fried peanut, chana dal and top it with nylon sev.
  • Our cocktail sev puri chaat is ready to serve. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds and finally complete the look with pippetes filled with coriander chutney.
