  • 50 grms, Refine Floor ( Maida )
  • 1, Egg White
  • 1 small teaspoon, Baking powder
  • 5 teaspoon, Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon, Choco choco powder
  • 1 small cube, Butter
  • 1 small cube, Cheese
  • 4 to 5 teaspoon, Refine Oil
  • Half cup, Milk


  • For Pan cake batter : First we will take a bowl and add maida, two tablespoon sugar, half cup milk, baking powder , choco choco powder And butter. Then we will mix it well.
  • Now we will take two spoons of maida and half a cup of water and pink color as required. Then make a thin batter
  • For Garnish : Heat a pan well and then add two spoons of sugar and make Caramel. Then take the caramel in a spoon in a plate and make a line. It will crush once it cools down.
  • For Pan Cake : Take a pan, put one spoon of oil in it, then make small four to five pan cakes.
  • For upper coating: Take a tawa, heat it well, then add a thin batter of maida and make it like a dosa.
  • Now we will take A plate, then put first pan cake and leyer with whipped cream on it, then placed second pan Cake on it and then keep it all in the same way. Now coat with pink shit . And then crush caramel will keep on top of it .
  • Now keep it in the freezer for two hours and then serve it cold.


While making the caramel, take care not to fall into your hands.
