Ingredients

  • Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
  • Avocado 1
  • Spinach 40 grams
  • Jalepenos seeded 1
  • Fresh coriander 1/4 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Tahini sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Add chickpeas, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • While blending, slowly add in the olive oil until hummus is creamy and smooth.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and a drizzle of olive oil.
