  • Curd
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • Mint
  • Ginger powder
  • Cumin
  • Sugar
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Wash, peel and cut onion, cucumber and carrot finely. Wash and cut tomato finely. Wash and mince green chillies. Clean, wash and chop coriander and mint leaves. Roast and powder the cumin seeds. Beat the yogurt. Mix all the remaining ingredients with the vegetables. Serve chilled with biryani.
