- Mix all the ingredients for the filling and keep aside. Divide dough into portions. Roll out each into a small thin puri. Put the stuffing in the middle and shape the puris like momos and deep fry in oil. Serve with a sweet dipping sauce. Sweet dipping sauce: Combine 1 cup white vinegar and 1 cup castor sugar in a small saucepan. Stir over heat without boiling until sugar has dissolved. Bring to boil. Cool for 5 minutes. Add 1 small green cucumber, 1 small carrot, 1 tbsp chopped chives and let this cool off in a small bowl. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
