- In a mixing bowl add 1 cup suji,1/2 cup curd,and salt. Mix until all lumps get dissolved. Then add water for idli batte. Don't keep the mixture too thin or too thick.
- Keep the mixture for 15 mints. Add eno fruit salt just before making idli's.
- Now grease the idli stand with refined oil. Place the batter in the idli stand.
- Cook idli for 15 mints on medium flame. Then turn off the flame and cool it properly. Now take them out from mold.
- Easy and quick suji idli is ready.
