Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sooji
  • 1/4 cup Maida
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup fresh Curd
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped Coriander
  • 2 green chilli finely chopped
  • Water as required (around 1/2 cup)
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp Fruit Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the above ingredients and keep rest for 20 - 25 minutes. (don’t add all water at this stage)
  • Add water if required, it requires Idli batter consistency, add fruit salt, mix gently and mixture turns frothy.
  • Brush oil in pancake maker / tawa / pan, pour 1 small ladle of batter in each mould and cook properly for few minutes till golden brown, flip and cook the other side also. Pancakes are done.
  • Pancakes is ready to serve.
