- Mix all the above ingredients and keep rest for 20 - 25 minutes. (don’t add all water at this stage)
- Add water if required, it requires Idli batter consistency, add fruit salt, mix gently and mixture turns frothy.
- Brush oil in pancake maker / tawa / pan, pour 1 small ladle of batter in each mould and cook properly for few minutes till golden brown, flip and cook the other side also. Pancakes are done.
- Pancakes is ready to serve.
