Ingredients

  • 36 flat crisp papdi
  • as required Sev
  • 2 medium sized potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 cup spicy mint coriander chutney
  • 1/2 cup sweet tamarind dates chutney
  • 1/4 cup hot red Chilli chutney
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Arrange the puris on a plate. Top it up with chopped boiled potatoes. Add chopped onions and tomatoes to it.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala over it.
  • Top up with the green chutney as much as you want. Then top up with red chili chutney. Then with the sweet tamarind chutney as per taste.
  • Sprinkle sev on top. Then sprinkle some chaat masala and salt.
  • Add a dash of lime juice to the sev puri. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve Sev Puri immediately!
