  • 4 potatoes boiled & mashed
  • 2 finely chopped onionS
  • 1/2 Cup mauda, salt,1 t. so. oil fir dough
  • 2 tb. sp. schezwan sauce. Handful chopped coriande
  • Some butter for roti

Instructions

  • Mix potatoes, coriander, sauce,.
  • Knead dough of maida.Make 4 equal parts,
  • Roll roti, Roast on tava. Stuff mixture, onion.Fold it shown in pic. Spread butter again roast to make crispy.
