Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes 500 gm
  • Sabudana 1 Cup
  • Salt To taste
  • Chilli ginger paste 2 tspn
  • Garam masala 1 tspn
  • Lemon juice 1 tspn
  • Oil As needed
  • Coriander leaves As needed
  • Crushed peanuts 3 tspn
  • Sugar 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  • Boiled n mashed potatoes
  • Prepare crushed peanuts n paste.
  • Soaked sabudana for 3-4 hours.
  • Add all ingredients in mashed potatoes..
  • Add soaked sabudana in it.
  • Mixed all ingredients well.
  • Take small portion from stuffing n make ball size tikki or Vada.
  • Heat the oil n frying all tikki till get golden brown n crispy..
  • Served with green chutney.

Served hot with green chutney..
