Ingredients

  • Leftover rotis 6-8
  • Besan 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Curd 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/2 tsp
  • Water for binding
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Take a mixing jar add the roti's in it, and grind it.
  • Now take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one and mix it well and give a shape of tikki, then dip fry all.
  • Serve hot with salad and dahi wali chutney.
