- Firstly heat up a sauce pan on medium flame add in 1tbsp of ghee and suji...roast it on low flame until you get good aroma...add in grated coconut further roast it for 2-3 minutes..now add powdered sugar, rose essence, food colour...
- Mix it well add in 3tbsp milk.. stir the mixture for 2minutes..add in roasted nuts and raisins combine well and turn off the flame...take out in a wide bowl...grease your palm, make ladoos when it's still little warm....
