Instructions

  • Take a grinder jar put cashew nut,mellon seeds,pumpkin seeds,green coriander leaves & sesame seeds to make a powder. Add salt, 2tbsp curd,& chilli flake mix well. Cut the paneer pieces in triangular shape Stuff the cashew mixture. Cover another. Cover another paneer pieces. Make a slurry of maida, cornstarch & salt & water. dip the paneer pieces. Heat a pan add oil.Deep fry the paneer pieces. Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil add chop garlic,red chilli,&10 cashewnut saute for 1mins. Add green chillies,onion and saute well. Then add Capsicum,onion ginger garlic paste. Add tomato,spring onion chop,ajinomoto, 3 tbsp schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup,1 tbsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp white pepper powder mix well.Add a pinch of red food colour. Add little water, vinegar and cook. Add corn flour slurry and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
