Oats kheer

  • Oats
  • Coconut powder
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Cashew
  • Raisins
  • Milk
  • Cardamom powder
  • Water


  • Heat 1 teaspoon of ghee in a pan, add chopped cashew nuts, raisins and saute it till raisins are slightly puffed up. Then add oats, freshly grated coconut and stir it for about 2 minutes. Add milk along with water to adjust the consistency and cook it by stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. To it, add sugar and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes. At last, season with cardamom powder and garnish with dry fruits.
