Ingredients

  • 1 cup mustard seeds yellow
  • 2 tbs mustard seeds black
  • 1/4 cup vinegar, to taste Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/4 tsp paper powder
  • 4 garlic clove ,1 inch ginger ,2 tbsp mustard oil

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add mustard seeds mix yellow and black add water and add 2 tbs vinegar sock overnight.
  • Next day add garlic ginger tarmaric pawder paprika pawder salt pepper grind well smooth mixture.
  • Take a pan add oil heat add grind mixture cook well then to thik fom and add vinegar stir cook 2minutes and flame off.
  • After cool again grind well this sauce.
  • Now transfer into clean cantinar.
  • Enjoy this sauce sandwich 🥪 bargar and add chicken gravi.
