- Mix maida + salt + oil and mix nicely, add water gradually and knead a semi soft dough.
- Finely chop onion and cabbage, Marinade with salt for 10 -15 minutes, onion cabbage will release water, squeeze water from them, toss with mustard oil, stuffing is ready.
- Now pinch small size balls from dough, roll out a round shape, place 1 tbsp stuffing and seal the edges and give shape of momos.
- Steam momos for 10 minutes and momo is ready to serve.
- Serve with momo Chutney or green Chutney.
