Ingredients

  • 2 cups Maida
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • as required Water (for kneading)
  • Stuffing
  • 2 big onion
  • 1 small cabbage
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Mustard oil

Instructions

  • Mix maida + salt + oil and mix nicely, add water gradually and knead a semi soft dough.
  • Finely chop onion and cabbage, Marinade with salt for 10 -15 minutes, onion cabbage will release water, squeeze water from them, toss with mustard oil, stuffing is ready.
  • Now pinch small size balls from dough, roll out a round shape, place 1 tbsp stuffing and seal the edges and give shape of momos.
  • Steam momos for 10 minutes and momo is ready to serve.
  • Serve with momo Chutney or green Chutney.
