Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Millet soaked ( 4-5 hours) and nicely cooked
  • Millet flour
  • Chopped (walnuts, almonds,)
  • foxnuts
  • Jaggery
  • Cardamom powder
  • Carom seeds
  • Dry ginger powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Desi ghee

Instructions

  • Dry roast oats and dry fruits sepatatly and keep aside
  • Heat some ghee in a pan, roast foxnuts till crisp and crunchy when done keep aside and cut in pieces
  • Heat Some ghee, roast millet flour Till plesant smell when done left Out form hot pan
  • Again heat remaining ghee in a Pan, add carom seeds and turmeric powder and continue stir, when pleasant smell comes add dry ginger powder and stir on low flame
  • Now add jaggery and some water and cook till jagerry melt
  • Now add cooked millet and Stir and cook on low flame
  • It’s time to add roasted oats And millet flour and continue stir on low flame to avoid lumps
  • When start to thick add chopped Roasted and chopped dry fruits and mix well
  • Now add roasted and Fox nuts pieces and cook on low flame also for 2 to 3 mins
  • Finally add green cardamom and mix and switch of gas
  • Garnish with some Dry fruits over the top and serve hot for more taste and enjoy

Notes/Tips

When add millet flour stir continue to avoid lumps
