Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped methi
  • 2 cup makai flour
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • as per taste salt
  • 2 tbsp Suji
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic chilli paste
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda.
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup (1 spoon) sugar pol for frying

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl micedyhr clouds and suji with all the mass las mesthi cortirnfer leaved and green paste
  • Then made the bsttar meadium then add baking soda with A spoon of water to activate then fried in the oil
  • In low to medium flame till it becomes crispy and brown in color served hot with your choice
