  • Tea powder
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • Pepper
  • Green cardamom
  • Jaggery
  • Milk
  • Ginger
  • Water

Instructions

  • Lightly crush the peppercorn, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger. In a pan add water and the crushed spice, bring it to a boil. Add the tea leaves, jaggery powder. Allow it to simmer for a min. Add the milk and simmer for 2-3 min. Once done strain it and pour in the cup. masala chai is ready to serve.
