Ingredients

  • Green garlic 1 cup
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup
  • Spinach 1 cup
  • Fresh fenugreek 1 cup
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilli 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Besan 1-1/2 cup as required
  • Water if needed
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Chopped finely all the vegetables
  • Take big mixing bowl add all the ingredients in it, add gradually besan as required for binding, water only needed then.
  • Heat the oil and dip fry them all at low flame till crispy and golden brown in color.
  • Serve it hot with onion and fried green chili.

Notes/Tips

Ratio of vegetables can be changed as per taste.
