  • 2small bowl Rice
  • 1 tsp Elaichi powder
  • As per taste sugar
  • 2 teaspoon ghee
  • as required Dry fruits (cashews, badams, kishmish
  • 1/2 kg milk more than

Instructions

  • Wash n soak Rice for 1/2 hour.In a big Sepri put Milk for boiling, now add tezpatta,Elaichi powder,let it boil for few minutes, now add soak Rice for 10/15 minutes till it's done.
  • Now add sugar and stir for few minutes,put chopped dryfruits and put 2tsp Ghee over the kheer.
  • Lastly serve Rice Kheer with hot puris, yummy it taste
