  • Sorghum flour
  • Urad dal flour
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add sorghum flour,urad dal flour,salt and mix. Then add water and knead well.make a dough. Then take a plate and put a wet cloth on it then take a portion of dough and press the dough and make rotte. Heat a tawa and place the rotte with wet cloth. Then with a oil brush grease it with water on cloth and remove the cloth and cook the rotte on both the sides. Serve hot with any curry.
