  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Cardamom
  • Pepper
  • Turmeric powder
  • Jaggery
  • Lemon juice
  • Mint
  • Honey
  • Tulsi (Basil)
  • Cumin

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a mortar pestle take ginger, cinnamon,cloves,cumin,cardamom and pepper. Crush into a rough paste and keep aside.
  • In a saucepan take 4 cups water and add in the prepared ginger and spice mix.
  • Add Tulsi,Mint leaves,turmeric and jaggery. Mix well, boil for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well.
  • Strain the tea and add lemon juice,honey. finally immunity booster drink is ready to sip.
