Yummy healthy and delicious ragda pav, where ragda is made of green Peas. Considering winter in mind made a tasty and spicy chaat dish.

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger,Chilli,garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Boiled and Chopped potatoes 1 cup
  • Boiled green Peas 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Gram masala 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Red garlic chutney as required
  • Green chutney as required
  • Tamarind chutney as required
  • Besan sev as required
  • Mix namkeen as required
  • Chopped coriander as required
  • Chopped onion as required
  • Pomegranate seeds as required

  • For radga Heat oil in pan add all the ingredients one by one and saute each for 2-3 minutes.
  • Do the seasoning and add vegetables and water in huge quantity and boil for 15 minutes. Keep stirring continuously and check the consistency of radha.
  • Serving Take plate arrange the pieces of pav in plate, pour the ragda on it. Then all chutneys, sev, namkeen, Coriander, onion and pomegranate seeds.


To make ragda u can use leftover shabje of aloo matar. In place of gram masala, chole masala can be used.
