- Take ghee in pan add suji. Roast suji till slight brown. Then add coconut in suji and saute the mixture for 5 -7 min.
- After roasting keep the mixture aside on one plate. Take sugar in the same pan & add only that much water to dissolve the sugar. then make sugar syrup of one string & switch off the gas.
- Add kishmis, Kesar, and cardamom powder in sugar syrup. Then add roasted suji, coconut mixture to it. Mix well. And when the mixture becomes slightly cool and thick then make laddus of it.
