Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • Slice onion 2
  • Spring onion 2
  • Shredded cabbage 1 cup
  • Gratted carrots 1 cup
  • Slice capsicum 1
  • Blench French beans 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Schzewan sauce 1/2-3/4 cup
  • Fried noodles 1 cup+ garnish

Instructions

  • In pan heat the oil, add all the ingredients one by one and saute for 1-2 minutes each.
  • Add half vegetables and reserve the half. Do the seasoning of salt and pepper, lemon juice and schezwan sauce, mix it well.
  • Off the flame and now add remaining vegetables in it and fried noodles.
  • Now garnish with noodles and spring onion.

Notes/Tips

Ratio of vegetables can be change as per taste.
