- Take one cup left over khichdi (it can be any type of khichdi too) i have used plain khichdi
- Take a bowl and add khichdi,wheat flour, jowar flour
- Then add haldi,oil, asafoetida, salt, dahi, chopped chilli and ginger and cheese.
- Now make a semi soft dough out of it with water
- Roll thin parathas out of the dough and then shallow fry the parathas on tawa
- Parathas are ready to grab your hunger
