- Chop the all ingredients roughly and combine in mixing bowl, add pizza seasoning and salt and mix well. Place the all golgappas in serving platter. Add 1 tbsp stuffing in each golgappas and add 1 tsp. Pizza sauce and tomato ketchup in each golgappas. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top of golgappas evenly and grill it. Sprinkle pizza seasoning and chaat masala and serve immediately.
