  • Maida
  • Sugar
  • Instant coffee
  • Banking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Milk
  • Curd
  • Oil/ghee
  • Vanilla Essence


  • Take a Big Vessel. Add all the dry ingredients and sieve them
  • Take another vessel and put the wet ingredients one by one, mixing them thoroughly.
  • Now put the mixture of wet ingredients into the mixture of dry ingredients into the two portions and continuously whisking them, so that the dry and wet ingredients are incorporated into each other very well.
  • Now the better of the cake is ready. The consistency of the better should be not very thick and not very thin.
  • Now,pre heat the oven 180° for 10minutes and grease the dish and put the better into it and after pre-heating ,put the cake into the oven for baking for 30-35 minutes.
