Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour
  • Bathua puree
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Oil
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Garam masala
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped coriander

Instructions

  • Bathua ke parathe In large mixing bowl add wheat flour, blanched bathua puree, red chilli powder, salt, oil mix it well add water if required to make semi soft dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • For stuffing : In another bowl add boiled meshed potatoes, chopped coriander,chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, salt to taste, garam masala mix it well.
  • Now make medium size balls from prepared dough take one ball spread it from fingers now fill potato stuffing close it and roll the parathas.
  • Heat tawa and put the paratha on it and cook it from both sides apply ghee or oil and cook it.
  • Serve it with any achar, plain curd, salad.

Notes/Tips

1. Boil the bathua in boiling water for two minutes then take it out in cold water. 2. For stuffing can be used paneer. 3. No need to add water. 4. Spices can be adjust according to taste.
