Ingredients

  • 250 gm moongdal
  • 250 gm sugar(according to taste)
  • 125 gm ghee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup water (according to consistency)
  • Pinch cardamon(optional)
  • Cashews n almonds (for garnishing)

Method

  • Roast moongdal (till golden brown)
  • than cool it down
  • than grind in mixture
  • take a pan, put ghee , add moongdal powder, roast it with ghee , till golden brown
  • add milk, sugar , water ( as required)
  • mix it well
  • garnish it …

Tips :-
1) you can add only milk if you want (1 and 1/2 cup)or only water ..,your choice
2) ghee also you can add more if you want
